The cycling culture of the Netherlands is really unusual for Central-European people. While in Hungary, there is a political scandal over a plan of a bicycle lane on a downtown road in Budapest, in the Netherlands people travel by bicycle almost everywhere, regardless of age. Cycling helps to keep the clean air of cities and preserve cyclists’ health.
